Comforts & Encouragements 

Whether it's creating safe spaces, positive reminders that we are loved and cared for, or simply getting into some comfortable clothes - comforts and encouragements are important parts of reducing and managing stress.

We encourage you to find what works for you. When we know what tools and resources we have, it makes it easier to turn to them instead of negative coping strategies. We do not always have access to all these items or people, but having a picture of things or people you love with you can be helpful. Have positive messaging on items you will see often, like phone, laptop, binder, key chain etc.
